FileZilla Instructions for Hicks Inc

FileZilla quick connect will not work.
Please follow these instructions to setup the connection.

  1. Start FileZilla
  2. Select "File" from the top left
  3. Select "Site Manager"
  4. Select "New Site"
  5. Key name, like "Hicks"
  6. Tab to "Host:"
  7. Key ftp.hicksinc.com
  8. Encryption should read "Use explicit FTP over TLS if available"
  9. Tab to "User"
  10. Key your user id starting with the #. Key leading zeros. Your user id will be 8 charagers long.
  11. Key your password
  12. Select "Connect".


Once you have your connection set up, follow these steps for normal operations.
  1. Select "File" from the top left
  2. Select "Site Manager"
  3. Double left click on the name you gave during setup.
